If your abstract is accepted for presentation at the SGI Annual Meeting you must remain at your poster during your assigned poster presentation date and time. *NOTE: In Training presenters, if you are not at your poster during your assigned session your poster will not be discussed and you will not be eligible to receive a poster award.

You are not required to register for the SGI meeting to submit an abstract.  If your abstract(s) is accepted you are required to register to present your work.  The Early Bird Deadline for the 2013 Annual Meeting is: February 22, 2013.  Abstract acceptance letters are sent via e-mail to the contact author mid to late December.
