SGI Cancellation and Refund Policy


Membership

Cancellation of SGI membership must be in writing to the SGI administrative office in Washington, DC.

 No refunds will be made on membership cancellations.

 

Meeting Registration

Registration cancellation must be in writing to the SGI administrative office in Washington, DC.  Registration fees will be refunded, less a $150.00 administrative fee if the request is made in writing prior to the deadline date on the registration form in that given year.  No Refunds will be made on registration cancellations after the deadline date on the registration form in that given year.

 

Registration payments made by credit card, will be refunded within 48 hours of the written request.  Registration payments made by personal check or company check will be made after the annual meeting.
