SGI Meeting 

 SGI Cancellation and Refund Policy: Registration cancellation must be in writing to the SGI administrative office in Washington, DC. Registration fees will be refunded, less a $165.00 administrative fee if the request is made in writing prior to the deadline date on the registration form in that given year.

No Refunds will be made on registration cancellations after the deadline date on the registration form in that given year.

Registration payments made by credit card, will be refunded within 48 hours of the written request. Registration payments made by personal check or company check will be made after the annual meeting.
 

 

Qualifications for Registering as In Training

In-Training category includes:  Fellows-in-training; residents and individuals in post-doctorate training that do not currently hold or have not held a faculty position or equivalent.  A signed letter on official letterhead from a program director or department chair is required..  Registration forms without support letters, will be returned.
