Membership Applications must be received in the SGI office by November 1, 2013 to be voted on at the 2012 Interim Council Meeting in December.  Applications received after November 1, 2013 will be deferred until March, 2014.  If you need additional information, please contact Stephanie Ponta at (410) 571-1143 or e-mail sponta@sgionline.org.

In order to be eligible to receive either the member or in-training member registration rates at the 2014 annual meeting, membership applications must be received in the SGI office along with the necessary documentation no later than November 1, 2013.

 

Click on the membership application of your choice.  You can fill in the application online and upload your Curriculum Vitae and Sponsor Letter.  If you would prefer to send your application via e-mail or fax please contact Stephanie Ponta for a hard copy of the membership application. Please mail or fax it to the SGI office in Annapolis, Maryland with your sponsor letter and other supporting documents or e-mail the application, sponsor letter (on letterhead & signed) and CV to the SGI office (410) 571-1118.
