To activate your online journal subscription, please visit: http://online.sagepub.com (you only need to activate your account one time)

1. Go to the Account Manager Tab

2. Under "Activation" click the Activate Editor/Society member subscription link

3. Enter your SGI member I.D. number, click the drop-down box and select "Society for Gynecologic Investigation (SGI) then click Submit

4. On the next page you will be asked to enter some information about yourself for security purposes.

5. Create your User Name and Password

If you have already activated your online subscription but have forgotten your user name and/or password visit: http://online.sagepub.com

1. Go to the Account Manager Tab

2. Scroll down to "Managing your Subscription to SAGE Journals Online; Editors/Society members

3. Click "What to do if you forget your Username/Password" link

4. Enter either your User Name or Customer Number

5. Choose "Society for Gynecologic Investigation (SGI)" from the drop-down box

6. Send Request
